Events Rates

Our set buffet menus start at $20 per person and go to $25 per person for our premium dishes. (children 6 and under are half price). This includes set-up, service, and a set inclusive buffet menu for a two hour event. Additional menu items are available and special requests can often be accommodated. A food minimum of $500 will apply. Please call us or email to discuss options. A gratuity of 18% and Washington sales tax will be added to all events.

Hosted bar fee - no charge
No-Host/Cash bar fee - $100 per two hour event
Additional hours - $100 per hour
Deposit of $300 is required to reserve space, time, and day. This is applied to your total bill.
One check only, please. Accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Weather

We are unable to control the whims of Mother Nature, but we can supply propane heaters and clear side panels for the tents to help make your dining experience more comfortable. If the weather is totally miserable, we will make every effort to move your group inside the Café, but there are no guarantees that this will happen. Usually a scan of our reliable local weather resources the day before an event will give us an idea of what to expect and we can discuss options with you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us two weeks or more prior to the event. We will refund your deposit less a $75.00 administrative fee.
